Account Deletion:

Requesting Account Deletion

1- By sending us an email asking to remove your account to "[email protected]". Please use the email address associated with your account when sending this request.
2- By initiating the account deletion process from within our application. You can find the "deactivate and delete account" option in your profile settings.

Data Retention After Account Deletion Request

Upon receiving an account deletion request, we retain your account data for a period of 30 days. During this period, you have the option to reactivate your account by logging in. If you do not log in within this period, we permanently delete your account and associated data.
Please note that any content you have shared publicly on our platform, such as posts, comments, or reviews, will remain even after your account has been deleted. However, to protect your privacy, we will anonymize this content by removing all personal identifiers, including any links to your profile. As a result, any public content you've shared will no longer be associated with your identity.
